Are lessons really free?
Yes. The whole course, vocabulary practice and stories are free, with no ads. Latvi Plus adds live voice calls with Ciela, Ciela Lite, Explain my mistake and Compete.
How do live-call minutes work?
Everyone gets a short taster call. Latvi Plus includes 90 minutes of live calls each month (15 during the free trial). You can add 60-minute top-ups at any time; top-up minutes never expire.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Latvi. Or in Latvi go to Profile, Settings, Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
I bought Plus but it isn't showing
In Latvi, go to Profile, Settings, Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
Ciela can't hear me
Check that Latvi has microphone access in Settings, Privacy & Security, Microphone, and that you're online.
Can I share Plus with my family?
Yes. Latvi Plus supports Family Sharing, so up to five family members can use it at no extra cost.
